Rental coverage to include insurance, damages is good, make driver comfortable although no incident happened. Pickup and return process is much simple, and cost is budget-friendly. One possible improvement is to have 4 rubber plates under driver and passengers' feet. When there was dust, small dirty from sands/gravel, it was difficult to remove/clean them.

Counter rep was very friendly and helpful. Spoke good English and helped us pick a car as we were not familiar with the models in Spain. I purchased rentalcover.com for insurance in advance and it was no problem. They didn’t try to sell additional insurance….

I flew all the way from Florida to New York for a wedding this weekend. I took a train an hour and a half from the city to this car rental location. To find out that they only had one EV left even though I requested a gas vehicle and paid extra for it. I was told that the EV should have a full battery which when I looked up should be about 300 miles and the wedding was 80 miles away so 160 miles round-trip. When I got in the EV there was only 14% battery in about 50 miles worth of charge left on the vehicle. I spent over an hour trying to get the vehicle charged which cost me $15. Even though I was told it should be cheaper than gas by a little bit by the employee. And two hours charging the vehicle. I left my hotel at 12 o’clock and didn’t get to the wedding which was only an hour and a half away until 615 or around there. The wedding started at 5:15 PM and I was late by over an hour even though I factored in to get there two hours ahead of time.I am very upset and I miss the vowels and was the last person to attend the wedding and it ruined there special day for me and the bride and groom.

Avis and Kayak site were great 👏👏👏 However… I’m not a fan of EV’s I would not rent an EV again if I need to travel away from town Finding a charging source available and dealing with apps, downloads etc etc takes all the fun away from pleasure travel.
